Some of you may be wondering what my injury prevention screening looks like. After a little intake informant and conversation about any pertinent injury history I split my assessments up into two parts:
1. upper and lower extremity screening
2. movement assessment.
Part 1: Upper and lower extremity screening. During this part I quickly check range of motion and strength and address anything that my crop up.
